peugeot 50cc helpabout starter

hi all i need more help just fitted a new starter motor ,relay and battery and still doing the same thing starter is turning just very slow not enough to turn engine as if theres no power in the battery but it fully charged what should i check next

no not a moment not when cold but it will run if warm

Classic speedfight that is, had a 100cc, installed a manual choke in the end because it got so bad when cold starting.

Never saw your old thread so may be asking irrelevant questions.

Have you checked the earth point and the loom for damaged wires?

And have you changed the fuses, HT coil + spark plug?

this is the jetforce c-tech it just had new piston & rings ,gaskets,plug air filter compression test and a manual choke and still having problems starting from cold that why i have just bought the new starter, relay & battery to see if it would turn it over quicker to help it fire but they are doing the same as the old ones the starter is turning but not quick enough for it to engage the engine have checked the starter gear all fine does the regulater rectifier have anything to do with starter motor power supply and thanks for your help

hi all found the problem is was the earth wire from starter motor which had burnt out now it been replaced works fine now having a rebore as just done a compression test myself and only getting 60psi so fingers cross my starting probs will be gone
