Hi can anyone help me with De-restricting my bike where the restrictors are and how to remove them i know a performance exhaust would be ideal but are very hard to get hold of. im guessing there is one in the exhaust? just inside the end can there is a smaller metal tube is that one? or could someone direct me to a helpful link or thread? many thanks

Has anyone got a exhaust for sale for my bike or know if there are any of exhausts that will fit straight on? cheers

Thank you already read that link what does it mean by the jetting? how do you adjust this? the exhaust one does this mean you have to chop the exhaust in half and then re weld it?

Just don't even bother touching it. You evidently have the knowhow of a wet turd. Just look after it untill you have passed your test and get a better bike.

Yeah, listen to this man.

The jetting controls the fuelling into the cylinder. Get that wrong and it'll seize, or smoke like a bitch, foul the plug, then seize.

On the exhaust front, take the can off and have a look, if it's not unboltable, then you'll need to cut it and re-weld.

IMO far too much hassle for 6 bhp.

ok then thank you, i don't want to mess around with the jetting as i have a 100cc direct drive 2 stroke go kart that i race and my mate i race with does all the mechanics! so if i did do the exhaust would i have to get the jetting re done? and if i drilled holes in the top of the air box would i have to get the jetting done (by someone that knows what they are doing?)

If you run a go kart, you'll already know the answer to that.....
