thought i would share a good experience i have just had as i dont seem to have to many off them, it started off on Saturday when i went of to my friends burger van on the a59 just off the a1,

on the way back the bike was getting louder and louder, also loosing power at a tremendous rate, off course it was my exhaust destroying itself over the 15 mile journey. York being so bad for breakers as a temporary short term fix i tryed to weld it and after blowing many holes managed to get a couple of patches on there.

so heres where the good experience comes in, on sunday i found a very well laid out website of a breakers showing exactly what they where breaking so i bookmarked them and decided to ring on monday as they showed my bike as "multiples breaking"

on the phone i told the guy what i needed and he said he would have a look he thinks he has a couple that could be off use, he said he would ring back soon,

5 minutes later he called me back saying he has cosmetically rough but solid and functional micron, if you can ever find them normally hitting good money on ebay (£80-£100+) £50 including postage to york so i snapped it up,

best bit is i got home from work and there it was waiting for me

its vary rare i get good customer service from breakers, let alone better than described products (why i hate buying blind) and the price was more than reasonable for what i received.

a big thanks to https://www.abbeymotorcycles.com/index.html and hopefully they can help some of you guys too.

(makes a change from all the shames we have had recently)
