I'm trying to find an oil to use on my 2012 Yamaha XJ6 Diversion, however Google isn't really saying much!

Does anyone know which one I need?

It's the same engine as the Yamaha FZ6, just with softer cams, this in turn can trace it's routes back to the R6 of years gone by. 10w/40w is the order of the day. Thumbs Up

Really?

Just make sure you put the correct amount in, not too much, not too little and you may need a crush washer kinda thing for your sump plug bolt, only 20p or something.

Let the engine warm up for 3 mins before you remove the plug and also remove the top up dip stick and it will drain much quicker. Thumbs Up

Its properly going to be easier than when I did my car as I don't have to jack it up, or be under it when its jacked up!

Any ideas what size crush washer I'll need?

Well I've managed to fuck something up! Oil is leaking on my drive. I'm hoping its because I've not tightened something up right.

Going to give it another one and hope that it fixes it!

You might have over tightened the sump plug.

It can only leak out of two places - the sump plug and the filter, check those.
