Hi guys,I hope someone can help me here.I've been lucky enough to pick up a '93 NS125R on Freecycle that I want to do a bit of a rattle can restoration on.My first problem though is that I can't figure out how to remove the clutch cover. The chain for the water pump is stopping it from coming away as the water pump cog is coming with the cover. How do I seperate the two? Thanks! Confused

first of all you need to identify the bike

is it a 1993 nsr 125 r jc 20

https://img231.imageshack.us/img231/2895/honda20nsr125r209120203dm1.jpg

or is it a late registered 88-91 ns 125 r tc 01

as you can imagine alot of difference between them

the year would indicate the first but the name (ns125) indicates the latter

It says TC01 on the vin plate.I'm just guessing it's a '93 as it's an "L" reg and I don't have a V5.

If it was stolen you wouldn't give it away, would you! Rolling Eyes Pretty sure it's legit,a middle aged woman wanting her son's crap out of her garage.I called her again today and she's going to have a look for it. Thumbs Up
