No, but it can be poetic justice:-

There was a woman from Manchester
Richard Thomas decided to molest her
When intoxicated through drink
His cock into her he did sink
Now his John Thomas forever will fester

There is a treatment that pretty much eliminates the risk of a hiv infection taking hold if you take it soon enough, kinda hope it doesn't work in this case.

poetic justice will be when he is asleep and gets raped by his celly.

Which will be in about 2 1/2 years. Despite him having previous convictions.

How on earth are his three kids by different mothers supposed to get on without a strong, supportive male role model?

I predict down the line, the rapist sues the woman for not informing him of her having HIV.

It will go to EU court, he will win.

There's a post on a forum I'm on with some legal boffins and the short of it is... because she was asleep, she couldn't have told him anyway so therefore can't be sued for infecting him (if she did).

I'm pretty sure that, as it was rape, they'll tell him to go fuck himself.

You'd think that but burglers win after falling through roofs of buildings they're breaking into and shit and win so you never know.

I do indeed hope they tell him to fuck himself though.

Having this hanging over him is probably a bigger punishment than going to some cushy jail. They should keep the result to themselves until he completes his sentence. Make him sweat... it sure isn't nice.
