Hi, I took my head off my scooter today as I've been having problems and noticed the spark plug that is in it seems short. The plug is a NGK C7HSA. I phoned my local motorcycle garage up and they said I need a CPR8E plug.

If its the AY50-A so 05 onwards you need a CPR8E.

If its the AY50-W K4 so <05 you want the BPR6HS.

Oh, and you want to make sure you get the right one.. one is a bit longer than the other and one is wider.

Yes. Check your plug though as one is thicker than the other.

Can someone send me a picture of how the sparkplug should sit in the head? I need a picture from the inside. Thanks

Would depend on model, year, exact engine...

Check if yours is a 04 or less or an 05 onwards using the VIN plate. Basically, buy both plugs, only 1 will fit. One is 10mm one is 14mm, measure yours and then go for that size plug in the models listed at the top of this page Thumbs Up

Fuck it, edit - CPR8E is the one you want given the spec of your old plug.
