And how the hell would i be able to get him to pay me by paypal if i end the auction ?

I know some of you guys/gals/gays are gods on ebay, so one of you might be able to help me out !

I think you just search for "end listing early" in the Ebay search function, then you enter the number of your auction and then it will ask you for a reason to end the auction - you say the item is no longer available.

Paypal will still work - he just Paypals you to your registered email address and you still get the money. However by going outwith Ebay you are no longer protected by a legally binding contract.

End your auction, then start a new auction with no picture, and text like this:

"Raggy old bike for sale, written off, only good for parts. £4500"

and get him to bid on it.

That way you still have ebays protection scheme incase he rips you off. If you dont do this, and he ripps you off, no protection Sad

Hi,

Get him to pay you before you end the auction, as soon as he has paid, end the auction early for whatever reason you choose. He is the one not covered by ebay policy and not you as the money is already in your paypal account by this time.

He can pay you by paypal at any time by logging in to paypal.com, just give him you payapl account name and agree an amount to transfer.

To end an auction early goto :- my ebay/selling/selling links - more/end my listing early- then follow instructions!

don't end before the money is in your account as you have to pay the fees if he pulls out.... Sad

Have fun!!
