I'm looking to do my DAS in the next few months and BikeWize (North Cheam, Surrey) are offering a 2 for 1 DAS special offer.

The problem is that I have nobody to do this with? Anybody locally in similar circumstances want to save some wonga and split the cost?

I've enquired about the offer, it's on until the end of February but you can book it now (or up until end of Feb) and do the course any time after that (Spring, when the weather is better?).

Normal prices are:
3 Day course £449
4 Day course £539
5 Day course £639
Guaranteed Pass £780

I will be doing the 3 day course but you can mix them up (cheapest course free).

Doubt there will be any takers but worth a shot.

For anyone considering this, I did my CBT and DAS with BikeWize and thought they were fantastic. I passed both my Mod 1 and Mod 2 on the same day on the 3 day course.

Excellent instructors and an excellent company.

MC, SQL, or any others, keep me posted.

If it was CBT, I'd probably advise against BikeWize (personal experience). However, had one 2 hour lesson for Mod 2 preparation before doing my restricted on my own. Really good guy, oldish guy on a Silver FZ1 or something, went really well covered everything and felt quite confident.

My reason for advising against CBT, 1 instructor to four of us (the car park bit anyway), 2 crashed, 1 almost totalled a scooter after riding into a tree at speed. Therefore 50% got through to road ride. Cheap is cheap at the end of the day.
