Have you had your bike dyno'd? Is it all set up correctly?
If so what bhp is it putting out? Just curious, what's the fastest you've had out of it? ____________________ Malaguti F12 Phantom-Dead, Suzuki AY50- Dead, NRG power DD LQ, CBR125.

i think id be tempted to sell the power commander and get a micro squirt/mega squirt and a different throttle body and injector and a wideband O2 sensor
that way you have complete control of everything, rather than the power commander trying to fool the onboard computer, ____________________ the humans are dead

I have installed and tried the CBR150 throttle body and CBR150 ECU. When using the CBR150 ECU it wouldn't start. When using the CBR125 original ECU and and 150 throttle body, it runs at idle. But I'd still have to give it a little throttle while holding in the electric starter to make it start.
There is a white painted screw called a idle screw (in the manual) on the throttle body that adjusts how much the butterfly closes at 0% throttle. Since I have to give it a little throttle when starting it, do you think making the butterfly stay a little bit open at 0% throttle would work? Or would that make the rest of the injection system get weird? Here is a pic:

Now the bike starts sometimes and the first time I started it today the RPM went up and down, between 1500 to 2000 RPM (cold start). When giving it a little throttle it stalls, at around 4000 RPM even though the AFR was quite good. Later it idled precisely at 1500 RPM.
