I was heading down the A6 past Burton Latimer from Findon to Kettering, and was behind at least 40 odd cars and a few lorries near the front of the que of cars. They were doing 40 mph and for me on a four stroke 125 this was an overtaking opportunity I don't get everyday.

So I start overtaking these cars thinking that the reason everyone is doing 40 is because of one of the lorries. As I got closer to the front of the que of traffic I realized that actually they were going slow because of a hearse. May not seem a big deal to most people but to me it somewhat seems disrespectful to overtake it.

It was safe enough to carry on overtaking being such a long, straight and wide road and not so easy to merge back in as cars were ridiculously close together. As bad as I felt I continued to overtake the hearse and although didn't really make much difference, put my hand up as I past the hearse.

What was probably more embarrassing and disrespectful, is that it probably took you 5 minutes to get past with all that horsepower.
