See pictures below. The color and tip look OK. But above the thread is what looks like some oil but really thick and sticky like thick syrup. This bike hasn't run for a few days so this may be oil that has dried and or fuel? I don't know. Could this be a leak seal or something? I'm putting new plugs in anyway but need to know if I should strip it down. I'm doing a compression test when I get the adaptor
