Hi,

Just bought a 1991 road legal kmx 2 stroke, tried searching on the net but couldnt find the answer. Does anybody know what gearbox oil i need?

A 10w40 oil 750ml of, without detergents is what you want. You can get specific oil for engines with separate gearbox's, in mineral and synthetic blends.

I use Motul transoil which always tends to give a good gearshift action and it's a synthetic oil. But anything basic and 10w40 would do.

did mine on a tc01 ns 125 today used this exact oil only £8 a litre
