October 27th, 2012. The day I passed my motorcycle test.

October 27th, 2014, the day I finally have no restrictions on any motorcycle I can ride.

Do I feel happier? Do I feel excited?

Not really. I've just not been caught for two years Laughing

My two years are up on 26th November but they may fall out before then. I'm having the engine out this week for a respray and valve check so I'll swap the inlets and jets over then and bring the bike up to a whopping 58 hp (at the crank... in 1999 Laughing )

In a way jealous that I didn't do it when I was young enough to warrant the restriction. In a way. Laughing

To be fair I did restrict the Hornet when I first bought that....for two weeks.

Fuck that. Hornets do not like being restricted. It did not idle or run correctly in general. I think it needed jetting but I took the easiest route.

Removing those washers solved the running problem magically, amongst other things Laughing
