 |
|
Before anyone starts, not mine My mate who I bought mine off put the money towards a new one, two weeks later his Garage has been bust into and the thing was gone this morning, with nothing else touched, so the scrotes were after the pit bike.
This bike was stolen last night from the Redditch area, its very unique with it having a white frame, big wheels and Red Bull graphics. Please share and try and help get this bike back.

Recovered!
The prat kept riding around the area, for 6 hours last night, he got it back at about 2 am when the divvy went home on it, he spent all night chasing it down in the area. He pulled up outside his house wheeled it round the back and my mate waited at the end of the road for the police to turn up. They did so and he got the bike back.
According to the scrotes mother, who answered the door, the lad wasn't in and she had no idea where the bike came from.
Ironically, the pit bike was locked up at the tea leaves house ____________________ Current:1991 Honda MT50 (Soon to be a H100/MTX/MT5 hybrid), 1976 Honda Cub C70, 2005 Honda Varadero 125, 1993 Yamaha TTR250 Open Enduro , 2010 Road Legal Stomp YX140, 1994 Honda CRM 250 MK III, 1999 Cagiva Mito 125, 1992 Honda CB400 Super Four, Stomp T4 230, 1984 Honda H100s, 2009 Sym XS125K

Great news
Is there any damage to it and are the po po pressing any charges on the scrote?
Also, your mate better step up his security big time, as the low life or his mates will probably go after it again and he may not be so lucky and get it back next time. ____________________ There ain't no devil, there's just god when he's drunk.

No they aren't. I don't know why, something about lack of evidence, despite CCTV footage of him filling it up twice at different stations.
It looks like it was wheelied and looped, the knobblies are shredded, the seat was battered and some other stuff, but being so new, it still had a warranty, or something, and the shop owner where he bought it repaired most of the damage today and carried out the first service. At least we know it's ran in now!
I told him to be careful now, they know where he lives and they might come back for some of the other stuff in his garage. Or just break something out of spite. I've got a ground anchor I'm not using anywhere so he can have that, chain his RS and pit bike to it. ____________________ Current:1991 Honda MT50 (Soon to be a H100/MTX/MT5 hybrid), 1976 Honda Cub C70, 2005 Honda Varadero 125, 1993 Yamaha TTR250 Open Enduro , 2010 Road Legal Stomp YX140, 1994 Honda CRM 250 MK III, 1999 Cagiva Mito 125, 1992 Honda CB400 Super Four, Stomp T4 230, 1984 Honda H100s, 2009 Sym XS125K

Pretty decent of the bloke to fix it up under warranty, as I wouldn't have thought it would cover damage caused in a situation like that.
It's no wonder these types of scum do what they do, if the law keeps letting them get away with it but, they'll quite happily fine you or me for parking illegally or being a few mph over the speed limit.
To be fair to the po po though, they probably get fed up bringing a prosecution against scum like this, only for the courts to slap them on the wrists after his legal aid solicitor tells him what a reformed character he now is and he'll never break the law again.
I'd say it'd be worth while for your mate to shell out a couple of hundred quid or so on decent security items though (ground anchors, almax chain, alarmed disc locks etc.... It's what I did after someone tried nicking my bike a few months back and thankfully *touch wood* I still have it. It may cost a bit initially but, hopefully it'll last for years to come. Plus he'll end up paying more in increased insurance premiums, if he has to claim for a stolen bike or replace it himself. ____________________ There ain't no devil, there's just god when he's drunk.

CPS won't touch it.
"Bought it down the pub off some bloke I never seen before, swore it was his, innit" = reasonable doubt.
Bullshit, but the result of moving prosecution to an organisation that's removed from the mucky end.

I think I covered that with "bullshit".
What do though? Private prosecution? Against the scrote and the coppers? ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

His RS 125 is living in the kitchen, the pit bike in his bedroom. he's looking into stronger security, a new garage door, to replace the smashed up one and some other stuff to chain the bikes to.
I've told him that they'll keep coming back for the bike now. They know where a decent one is up for grabs now.
I think the police just can' be bothered to deal with another case of a stolen pit bike, it happens very often according to the officers he dealt with. Usually they get ridden around flat out until they are broke and then end up in the canal at the end of the night. Loads of them get dragged out of the canal, apparently. ____________________ Current:1991 Honda MT50 (Soon to be a H100/MTX/MT5 hybrid), 1976 Honda Cub C70, 2005 Honda Varadero 125, 1993 Yamaha TTR250 Open Enduro , 2010 Road Legal Stomp YX140, 1994 Honda CRM 250 MK III, 1999 Cagiva Mito 125, 1992 Honda CB400 Super Four, Stomp T4 230, 1984 Honda H100s, 2009 Sym XS125K

Then, maybe.
Now, anyone at the sloppy end isn't going to go a week without getting a "He proper dont chuck Shaniyaa in jail cuz she text Darrren ima slag thats so bogus i want him out" against them.
I do encourage it, I'm just not seeing it resulting in any change in priorities. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

Personally I wouldn't bother, but most people aren't prepared to do the police' job for them. So poke the useless tossers with a stick. Maybe they'll take it out on the thief if they're irritated enough.
Oh, but guess how quickly they'd take action if the victim booby-trapped his garage. Theeen we'd see some action from them. ____________________ "There's the horizon! Ride hard, ride fast and cut down all who stand in your way!" |

Mmm, apologies. I do agree that it absolutely warrants a complaint. I'm just a little jaded at the moment from seeing the sausage being made. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
