Hi all, looking for someway of helping me learn to use the above programs again.
Last used about 2 years ago, had a quick look and both and can remember basic formulas on excel but struggled with anything more complicated and with access I could barely do anything.
Book, website, cd etc.

I'm now able to make a mad spreadsheet with the hours I work to 3 decimal places and automatically works out my overtime rate, deducts my lunch breaks over a certain time and includes my hourly rate with custom dates, with a weekly hours summary and then a monthly one


So if work ever gets my overtime hours wrong I flash them this and they quickly change it Laughing

You could try your local college. Or just experiment after all you can't break Xcel.
