Hi and welcome.

I can't exactly help you myself but, it might be mentioned in this thread (Can't be bothered reading through it myself).

https://www.bikechatforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=283371

If it's not mentioned in there, try posting and asking in that thread and you may get a reply from Sable.

Good luck. Thumbs Up

Take apart light switch, squirt in your preferred contact cleaner, WD40 is as good as anything. Try again. Also check that any contacts haven't bent too far that they aren't touching.

Most Chinese bikes if you follow the red wire from the battery you will find a little plastic casing inside is a glass fuse (and sometime a spare one too). That is usually the only fuse on a Chinese bike.

Your issue is more likely loose/undone connections probably related to the pile of wiring inside the headlight housing.

Don't bother with him, we had this discussion last night. I told him millions of times to take the seat off and check for a box/cover that has FUSE written on it. He told me the seat didn't come off. Rolling Eyes

He did not check the FUSE BOX, since he couldn't even take the seat off. Thumbs Up

Remove the panel with the arrow pointing at it. Behind that should be the battery. Follow the RED wire from the battery if like every other Chinese bike I have ever seen it will split in to 2 red wires, one of them will have a small plastic casing inline with it. Open casing. There is fuse.

If it is like that then the fuse is not going to be the issue as some electrics still work.

Shouldn't need to remove seat and you probably won't find a big box labelled fuse with multiple fuses.

By the way, this is how the FUSEs should look like (if you get lucky and find some):

I've had no idea they still used those in bikes today. Last time I saw those, it was a '88 GPz. Smile

All Chinese bikes I've seen have just 1 of those. The Sinnis may be different but I doubt it.

Sinnis Trackstars use the old style glass tube fuses.

The panel shown is the panel that goes to the battery, and there is a little white fuse holder next to it.

The wiring runs under the tank and is accessible from under the bottom left of the tank.

If you need to take the seat off, the very rear bolts at the back of the seat on the sides can be removed, then loosen the ones in front. The seat then lifts off.
