Been down for a couple of days at least (as that's when I first started accessing it). Nearly insurance time for fireblade and I wanted to see how much it would cost to add to my e-bike policy, but as you can see I'd have to ring the mongs.

Request a call back. I use them for car and bike. They have been fine and are only a mile from me. 01454 635900 Is the number to get straight through.

Ouch, but thanks. I had a bad experience with my first policy on my 125, left within the cooling off. After I started going through bikes at a fair rate of knots, I went back after Paddy advised they were cool.

I liked them, past tense, when they were both:

#1 cheap
and
#2 had a working website. Wink

They weren't the cheapest for me when I insured the ER-6, but flexibility was the pull for me. Not exactly the case now is it?

MCE were raping me every time I changed a bike, adding the monkey bike was about £10, but with charges I think it was nearly £60.

I think the one problem I had was riding other bikes was missing, where it was on MCE. But as I can't logon to check my policy either ....

Re-visited this today, as MCE have started hassling me with calls to renew, just want to add fireblade to ebike policy.

Called number above and although I got through, I went in circles a bit, didn't really help when I got to a customer service mong.

However, 01454 634501 gets straight through to their premium line number, without the charges. You get the warnings saying it's going to cost £1.02/min but obviously it won't. So if you need help, use that number.
