suzuki gp 100 intake issues

Hello I am having major issues with my gp100.

My bike bogs as soon as i give it more than quarter throttle, the engine starts to die.

I have took the cover off that hides and it runs loads better.
I tried down jetting it, up jetting it with the cover on and no luck.
I have tries making a fatter gasket that never helped.
I have tried running it with no filter box on that made no change,
I have tried changing the needle hight with no luck
So at this stage i am truly stuck. any gp100 experts here ?

I would like to know th default carb settings ect

Keep everything standard and start from there.start with a clean plug.

Float height,mixture settings.

Can't remember if your model has a disc valve system to time the fuel n air intake. if so check the accuracy of the disc.
Blowing out the carb n jets with compressed air may help, check tank is clean or has filter on fuel line.
Syncing the oil pump/ throttle is crucial.

What main jet sizes are you trying? Standard is 97.5, people tended to go bigger to 102.5 or even 105 if a Micron pipe was fitted.

I take it that the bike has a clean standard air filter and all jets in the carbs are clean? If reed valve induction, are these in good nick with no cracks or corners chipped off?

It's a disc valve, check the timing!
