Could be a lot of things. Pads wearing out, brakes binding very slightly, warped disc.
If there's plenty of meat on the pads then I'd move on to giving the pistons a pre-winter clean. Plenty of vids on it, and a simple enough task on your bike. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

Good as any.
I can't recall exactly how the pads come out on your bike, but I do recall that there's a spring clip in behind them, so be ready to catch it and remember where it came from.
It won't be hard to figure out once you've got the caliper off the disc. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
