What would improve your bike

Hi

What could the maker of your bike have done differently to improve your bike? With nominal change to the cost (say 1% max) and without changing whether it is road legal (so no noisy exhausts, etc)?

So for my 1200 Bandit, probably use more sporty profile cams (ie, GSXR11 cams). Pretty much zero cost change when the bikes are made.

Honda should of made the Varadero 125 and 1000 fuel cap hinged or flip up instead of completely coming off as it is it's just an unnesery annoyance unzipping jacket to put it inside whilst filling up.

Edit - Also having to take the rear wheel out to change a set of brake pads is annoying I don't fancy the challenge on the 1000 model of course whoever designed it probably knew this.

Suzuki Savage LS650P - They could have either left it as a 4 speed, or spaced the 5 gears more evenly so you can tell the difference between 4th & 5th. They could also have given it a trip counter.

On the Hyosung? a thicker softer seat , jeeze! the seat is like bloody wood

ZZR400K - Fuel gauge would be nice but the main thing would have been better brakes, the Tokico 4 pots are legendarily crap.

If sportsbikes would come with pazzo-type levers from the factory. The ergonomics and feel are so much better than OEM. And if sportsbikes came with double bubble screens from the factory.

Cbr 600 f. Higher spring rate springs and diff valving, front and back.

FZS1000, if they'd jetted it more like the Ivans kit, with 5-taper needles instead of the standard 3, and the carbs ready-drilled to improve the pilot settings. Gives it much improved transition between idle, pilot and full throttle, and a nice boost in go, everywhere.

Stainless steel bolts on the EXUP, so they don't snap when you come to remove them. In fact, all bikes ought to have stainless bolts fitted everywhere as standard.
