Short version - A bike has been stolen with the car parking company being a bit dodgy...

Facts -


The cameras in the Area are not working.

They removed my posters appealing for witnesses - Refused to let me put up posters offering a reward for information. Saying I had to speak to HQ, who I have left messages for.

They Removed poster from MY second bike asking for the bike NOT TO BE TOUCHED as it was moved during a crime scene and was going to be fingerprinted.

THEY THEN MOVED THE BIKE!!!!!!! This has meant the Police can no longer fingerprint the bike! - you tampered with Evidence!!!!!!

They have CCTV of the van entering but refuse to give me any details to pass onto the police. And the police are busy and so take 2-5 days to collect it. (this is understandable to a point - but it would have been good to be more helpful)

You have a night watchman/woman who has not come forward from that evening?

3 eastern european/Russian guys (speaking polish or russian) at between 1am and 2am on Friday morning (Thursday night) They where in a white van with a black moped wearing in Hi Vis Jackets in Q-Park China town in London - DID YOU SEE ANYTHING?
It was Almax Chained, had Datatag/ Smartwater – So let this be a warning to all out there as no bike is safe!!

This is the non carbon version – but the wheels are done Blue and has it has Carbon and RnG Extras – see pics. It stands out as it has the standard levers and rear-sets.

It has the Standard black belly pan - NOT carbon.
It also has a small dent in the Akro can .

Q park can die as far as I'm concerned.

They run a local hospital car park. I dropped off my sick grandmother once to A&E, where the sign clearly said "free for 10 mins" - I was 7 mins and the machine refused to budge for my ticket, telling me to call and wait for assistance. Which came, predictably after 3 mins.

They charged me a pound for 10 mins parking. I paid the pound then paid another pound a few mins later as I passed their hidey hole. Unfortunately for them the second pound was slightly wide of the payment slot and found it's way into their plate glass window.

was the almax chain locked to an immovable object because if not then chain does noting but act as tool to help lift the bike in van instead of a scaffold pole.

did the bike have a decent tracker on it?

if i spent £10k plus on a bike i would definitely spend the £300 odd on a tracker from tracker.co.uk

hope the thief's suffer from necrosis fasciitis which begins on their cock first

Just my 2 cents and I know people's situations are different but I wouldn't even own a bike of that value and exotic-ness unless I knew I could keep it in a locked secure garage at home.

It beggars belief that Q Park are pulling this crap with the amount they charge in their paid places. In Glasgow for a 6-day ticket they want £2,265.55 per quarter - £29.36 a day! They must be rolling in it, yet stil want to shaft this guy with their bullshit. It amazes me that in this day and age companies don't think "Twitter/Facebook/social thing would have a field day with this".

They'll have expected it to have a tracker on it. A tracker / alarm with a motion sensor which send you a text or something like that won't tell you anything which the CCTV doesn't already have covered.

I would bet your house that it's never going to be seen again.
