I've got a Tutoro oiler, I use the twin feed nozzle with it.

The first one got eaten by the sprocket as I forgot to check after the garage changed my tyre.

The I ran with the single nozzle for a while, but it wasn't enough for winter. So I ordered a couple more. They're not cheap, and I fitted one tonight and it had vanished 40 miles later Sad So I think I'll try and make my own up.

Here's a picture (you can click on it to zoom):

I've found the y splitter on ebay, can anyone guess what type of tube it is? Approx 3mm or 3.2mm OD, quite thin walled, obviously a bit of a stretch over the 3mm splitter, holds the curve well but is quite flexible at the same time.
It's NOT silicone! Quite thin walled.
I'm starting to wonder if it's heat shrink, shrunk down over a curved former?

Halfrauds do Y splitters in 8mm or 6mm for £2.79. Another couple of lengths of tube with wire stiffeners in them, and wedge some pices of cable tie up the tube for the final feeders.

Would be my ghetto bodge.

Might go to Halfrauds today.

It's definitely not the same tube as the main line - much less flexible. It's not scotoiler tube of any type, either (I've had 2 of those before.

It did work really well while it worked!

A bit of playing about in the shed, and I'm fairly sure it's 5mm heatshrink. I haven't got a bit long enough to test this with at the moment, but I think it's one loop that is heated onto 2 of the connectors, then cut.

Anyway, off to ebay to order a small pile of connectors and heatshrink Smile

I ended up not fitting any nozzle and having it drip onto the rollers just before the sprocket.

I swapped twin one for a single one. Works better for me.
I really can't notice any less oil on the other side of the chain and it's some much more convenient.

Had Tutoros on my 6R - fine. On the FireBlade, the twin delivery got chewed up much in the same vain as yours did. I switched to a single side. The after 3 or so years, the reservoir got gunked up and stopped working. Not sure if engine oil and whatever polymers they used to make the thing had caused it to swell and seize up.

Either way, going Scottoiler now.

If anyone's interested, definitely 5mm heat shrink. Use about 7cm each side, curve them together while warm and blow them cold while you hold them. Save about £6 a go.
