can anybody enlighten me on the service, good or bad.

I probably should of asked before I ordered but I didn't really stop to think after seeing the prices!

Is it a case of prices to good to be true or is it well worth trusting a foreign company.

Thanks in advance.

I've bought car parts and musical equipment from Germany before. Both arrived in about 4 days.
Generally the huns are good with such things, I certainly wouldn't worry.
Pound is strong against the euro right now.

Just ordered a new helmet from them: fingers crossed. Weirdly delivery was a lot cheaper than from a UK based retailer.

I ordered a pannier rack for my F650, waited 2 weeks and nothing happened so i sent them an email.
Got a reply back the next day there had been a problem with their computer and it was showing as having been dispatched, they were very apologetic and assured me it had gone out that day, 3 days later it was at my door.
I will use them again (this issue was last month) they seem to be helpful and do answer emails quickly and their prices are great, next purchase is a set of panniers that i can get delivered for £30 less than if i bought them here!

The pound/euro rate definitely swayed the decision to go for it and the postage was a pleasant surprise.

I ordered on Friday and bar an automated response saying they've recieved the order I've had no contact.

At the end of the day they have not taken any money, they say it won't get taken until the gear has been dispatched, so fingers crossed!

ScottT, Did you google translate your email or just write to them in English? Like yourself I'll give it a couple of weeks and start chasing it up. I don't mind the extra wait if the prices stay so low. The same gear I've ordered, smx 6 waterproof boots and some Furygan leather jeans, would cost another 100 quid in the uk plus P&P!

Used them, very good service. Bought a pair of Rukka Argosaurus gloves from at £160, £40 cheaper than in the UK.

I've used fcmoto.de - I've bought a jacket saving about £120 and two pairs of leather trousers to try. They were so cheap I sold the second pair on eBay and still made a profit. I've also had to return something, return postage was not cheap but it all worked fine.

Easier if you already know what size etc. you want first but they are genuinely cheap and it seems like good service. I have trouble finding clothes small enough but they usually have everything in stock.

If something isn't in stock it can take a couple of weeks. Can't remebrr if I've emailed them in English or German though, but they answered quickly.

I ordered some white AStars Supertech Rs from them, because
a) they were about £60 cheaper than UK RRP,
b) they stopped doing the all-white ones and only did white/black, but I preferred the all-white ones, and nowhere in the UK had any left in stock
c) delivery was just as quick as most UK places.

However after 10 days they emailed me and said they cannot get hold of any, and they refunded my money.

I'd paid by credit card so wasn't too worried about losing money on a shady site, but they seem legit and I don't wanna hold it against them that they didn't have any stock of something nobody else had either. Although their website could have reflected that.

I've emailed them about an item in the past in English and they replied; wasn't in perfect English but it was understandable. Can't really complain considering the effort I made Mr. Green

they are good, and they are really getting up the nose of some uk retailers

if you order a sale item and try to return it they will only exchange not refund, but they are a lot cheaper for things like rukka jackets, some of the arai's they discount can be had in the uk cheaper but the some of their shoei's look cheap especially when discontinued

I have noticed that postage from many places in Europe to the UK is much cheaper than from the UK outbound.
A guy sent me a stator to be rewound from Milan and it cost a hell of
a lot less to get here than it did to return it.
That's the Royal bloody Mail for ya.

Good to hear some positive reviews. Makes me feel slightly better about jumping in with both feet!

Nothing in the inbox today about my order but I'm hopeful to hear something this week now.

Would this helmet have different markings on the back for legality?

Ordered some trousers from them. Cheaper than everywhere else in the UK and then found a discount code to use as well. Arrived in 4 days.
