I would expect the cheapest insurance will be TPO on a Bros 400, and this bike will also be cheaper as it is not needing to be restricted so thats money saved. Also better as not a high chance of being nicked.  |

Superdreams actually seem to be going up in value these days!
I had a CB400NC Superdream as my first bike after my test (the speedo under read compared to most things, as I found following a friend at 89mph when he was doing 105mph). It was also sheep proof.
As to the question I would expect a GS500 to be the cheapest to get on the road, with the Bros and GPZ500 being either just as cheap or possibly slightly more expensive.
