I need to make some spacers that are m7/8 ID, OD doesn't matter and they need to be 75mm long.

What is the easiest DIY way of doing this. My only option I can see is to buy a set from eBay of 25mm ones and stack them?

That's exactly what I did recently. I then got them tacked together by Bodyguard's welder.

But that's a pro job with a pro welder with experience... I asked for DIY Wink

Haha, but seriously, I'm guessing that's the only option then... Confused

could you not buy some tube of correct dimensions and just cut off the spacer you need ?
Failing that some round bar and drill to suit.

You can buy these from most good hardware outlets in various metric threads, they come in various lengths and can be cut to suit your needs with the added advantage that 2 short bolts are needed for fitment and adjustment, they may be suitable for your needs as they are stackable via stud iron
