I have a rotax 123 engine in my RS with a slight problem

i recently replaced the clutch but before that i would get a slight sort of knock from the selector area of the bike.

This knock would only happen when i am in gear and i open the clutch leaver ever so slightly.

Now i have replaced the clutch its even worse and knocks even more in the same situation. when i let go of the clutch and im going along she is fine she pulls well and dose what it should do but this seems to be only happen when i have the clutch pulled in and rev (sometimes i dont need to rev) it rattles/knocks and also the chain moves with the knocks.

I checked for play in the rod that the front sprocket is on and there is no movement and seems fine, i have tightened the chain to correct tightness, the bike is not derestricted and is not thrashed. she is run only on the best oils and is looked after well i just have little knowledge on bikes

Please if anyone has any idea i would be greatful for any advice as with out this bike im out of a job Sad

= Cush Drive Rubbers.

Could also be caused by hydraulic drag between the clutch plates if the oil is too thick, which you would notice less when the engine is hot.
