Biggest problem will be that a KK125 will be over 25 years old, and they were never imported to the UK. Pretty rare over here. Bob Wright probably can get you some or most spares.
As a learner bike it would be a lousy idea. A learner is very likely to drop it (even just getting it out of the garage), and getting some easily broken spares might well take a while.
Rebuilds will depend on how much you use it.
