Hey, Long story short i shorted out the Indicator relay.
Tried to source a relay online and i found 1 for around £60 coming from USA.

I dont want to pay that and bought 2 x 3 pin relays online for pennies.

Only problem is that the previous relay had 6 wires.

I have looked online and cannot find and wiring diagrams and i do not understand the wiring...

The 6 wired are green/black , green/white , black , blue/red , red/yellow , red/white..

I have figured out with a multimeter that the green/black and green/white lead to the indicator light on the bincale and the black leads to the -(ve) in the battery. The blue/red goes to left indicator control, red/yellow goes to right indicator and red/white goes has 12volt going to it.

I want my indicators back

HELP please

looks like r/w to both x
r/y to one l
b/r to other l
g/b to bulb side of indicator cct on one side will need rewiring
g/w to bulb side of indicator cct on other side will need rewiring

hope this helps

edit: if you can see indicators when riding you can ignore the binnacle light wiring

from g/b to one side indicator i.e. tap in to the wire to the indicator bulb
and from g/w to the other side indicator

this is the system used on old vehicles using the earth through the indicator bulbs that are not lighting to light the binnacle bulb

perhaps best to check that the indicators work ignoring g/b and g/w then add in extra wiring once they work ok

Dont like the sound of this, not confident OP has full grasp of the situation.

Bike makers are creatures of habit and tend to use the same
wiring conventions
Honda for instance uses Green for ground, BMW Brown, Suzuki Black/White and so on

The Keeway diagrams I looked at all show the Green/white and Green/black used on L&R indicators and Black for ground cables.
Not the same model I admit but both follow the same conventions
Blue/red and yellow/red have functions unrelated to indicators
(kill switch to CDI and supply to dip switch)
Why would they change conventions for the OPs bike?

Suddenly changing colours on a harness is bad form
and I haven't come across it on any the chinese bike I've
had me mitts on.
Conventionally, the green/white for instance should go from the indicators all the way to the switch.

Tell me about it... i don't like this situation either.

IM FED UP WITH HANDSIGNALS

Green/white and green/black run to binacle indication light.
But also
there is a green/white and green/black as well as ground going to respective indicator bulbs.

I traced the wires the old fashioned way. And the blue/red & yellow/red both go to the individual indicator switches.
