Hi Hello im new to the BCF but im glad im here.
My question is i have just bought a marauder GZ Y 125 cc on a 51 plate and after a day the bulbs went on front cluster panel showing the indicator and ignition lights. I changed the bulbs on both but there still not working. Is there anything I can do to find out what's wrong and fix it. I've just passed my CBT and have a problem not seeing the indicators are on or off .. I have thought I had turned off my lights but many drivers have flagged me telling me there still on. This wouldn't of happened if i could see the indicator light still illuminating.Help needed please I'm new to bikes as you can tell.

Unless they're on a seperate fuse from the rest of the electrics, which I doubt on a 125, your only option is to trace back through the loom looking for any loose, corroded or broken connections. My guess would be a didconnected earth wire.

Cheers Andy!
Its a bit of a bummer having just bought it to start playing around with it but hay ho that's life. I'm on it tomorrow in the garage I noticed the chain is very tight and on it last notch of the adjuster so ordered a new chain and sprocket set and fork seals as one side has a leak so its gunna be fun and allot of you-tubing videos. Looks like hardest thing is chasing the fault back for the dash lights. Thanks allot mate looks like a good community on here.

For the electric issue I would suggest to purchase multimeter (i.e. something cheap like https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DIGITAL-LCD-VOLTMETER-MULTIMETER-CIRCUIT-TESTER-AMMETER-AC-DC-METER-OHM-YELLOW-/141093479832?hash=item20d9d3a598)

It will help you to understand if there is a tension at all in wires and if from one end of wire to another there is a stable link.
