Yep, forks off, yoke right off.
Before you start make sure you have a proper drift to use to bang them out, plenty of fuel in your blowlamp and when you get stuck for ways of getting the old races out, I know a real neat trick with a welder.
A big length of threaded bar with a nut on each end and some repair washers makes an ideal device for seating the new races down square in the yoke, no hammering involved. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink.
