Find the main fuse, it should be on the + wire that goes from the battery to the starter relay. On many motorcycles the main fuse (30A mostly) is mounted in the starter relay housing. If that fuse goes, it's like the battery was not connected to the motorcycle at all.
That if the ignition barrel is alright and working (the ON key position).
This thing (the main fuse should be in the housing of it, or very near the relay):

Have you checked the wiring to the ignition barrel? Any damage of the wiring near the neck could cause this.
EDIT: I've never worked on a Lexmoto, but according to prices those are being sold for, I'd imagine poor wiring quality. Or if someone already fiddled with the wires around the neck, the routing could be wrong and the steering is killing the wires now.
EDIT II: Just out of my curiosity, are you sure there's no excessive oxidation on the battery's terminals? Also check all the ground points (it is not common thing, but I guess it could also be the culprit). ____________________ '87 Honda XBR 500, '96 Kawasaki ZX7R P1, '90 Honda CB-1, '88 Kawasaki GPz550, MZ 150 ETZ

It must be the ignition barrel then. Unplug it, clean the contacts, plug it back in. That might help. There should be a 4 (or more) wires socket and plug. Nothing complicated, can not be plugged in the wrong way. ____________________ '87 Honda XBR 500, '96 Kawasaki ZX7R P1, '90 Honda CB-1, '88 Kawasaki GPz550, MZ 150 ETZ

Sorry, no insights other than to say that you've got a good earth since the starter is spinning, so it's time to do continuity checks on the wiring between the battery and the barrel.

Well, if you can't even bypass the ignition barrel, then something just must be fecked up. Was it even working before? ____________________ '87 Honda XBR 500, '96 Kawasaki ZX7R P1, '90 Honda CB-1, '88 Kawasaki GPz550, MZ 150 ETZ
