The rear brake caliper is pissing fluid everywere an i need new seals as i cant find a piston and seal kit for the bike.

Would it be ok using 34mm ID piston seals on a 35mm OD piston?

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

I wouldn't, and I'm usually quite risk tolerant with my brakes.

If you say which bike, someone will probably embarrass you by very quickly finding what you're looking for.

I found them earlier but if i put new seals on a worn piston wont they just leak as there made to fit a new piston?

Pistons don't wear unless they're badly corroded. Clean them up without removing any material, clean out the grooves in the pots, fit standard sized seals and you should be good.

If the wear is really bad then you are correct, but most likely you will be able to polish them back up flush.
