Piece of pie to replace. Just bend them (slowly and as little as possible) back into shape so that it's ridable while you source replacements, I've done a CBR at the roadside using a biggish spanner for leverage, you'll be fine.

With too much bending it will break (the gear shifter). The clutch lever will snap if you try to bend it (more than likely). Be slow, "gentle" adjustments. If it's rideable, I'd be inclined to get on David Silver spares and get a new one ordered. Ride until it arrives and fit in 10 minutes.

Foot shifter also known as a gear lever. Quite a few turn up on an ebay search, about £25 for a cbr125r

Funny things levers, they bend really well in one direction (when you bin the bike), but rarely want to bend the other way (when you want to save a few quid).

If you whip it off and straighten it a little at a time. BUT:
Alumininininum wil 'Work Harden' if you bend it. (It is already work hardened by the drop)
Rub some hand soap on the lever and warm it up in a gas flame carefully so the soap isn't in the flame (it will burn).
When the heat conducts along the lever to the soap it will blacken the soap.
This is the temperature when the metal becomes annealed. and can be bent again.
Remove from flame and allow to cool slowly, even wrapping in a non flammable cloth.
Straighten a bit more and repeat as required.

Do the above. A big vice might work better than beating back into shape with a hammer. Use jaw protectors.

Can straighten them without cracking if you heat them up with a blowtorch first. Rub a bar of soap on it, when the soap turns black you are very close to the point where the lever can be bent, prob needs just a bit more heat and it'll bend nicely. Can reanneal aluminium sump plug washers in the same way should you find yourself without.

If you overdo the heat, it will melt before it glows red so your lever could become a puddle on the garage floor.
