hey guys so say i have a 1998 honda cg 125 which has CDI its just a bare frame at the min i was wondering am i able to say use a wiring loom from eaither 2004 or 2006 and it will still work or is that not possible ?

id thoroughly check the engine and frame numbers. eaarly engines being 6 volt,then 12 volt with fake cdi ( cdi trigger for points) . The later ones included electric start and kill switch so if you are starting from a engine/frame rebuild id start with the engne type and build your wiring from there and also note you need to get the right switchgear and clocks to go with your engine.
