A lady I work with was offered a cheap PlayStation 4; £150 delivered to her door from the USA. This was a facebook posting. The website is https://dulucestore.nethouse.me/
The website seems legit to me, the prices are so cheap it sort of does not ring true, maybe with the exchange rate, I honestly just don't know. I'd hate her to get ripped off. The only thing I thought was that maybe through the exchange rate it IS correct but maybe she would have to pay import duty and therefore it wouldn't end up being such a bargain after all.
So is this legit or not?

"Official"? It's not even their own domain, it's just a subdomain on a Russian "build your Obvious Scam website" host.
They say that they're based in Georgia and (wut?) Benin, but their website has an address in the hotbed of scum and villainy that is Milton Keynes, displayed on a Russian map, and showing a completely different location from the address given.
They do give a contact number: it's a UK non-geographic number associated with super-premium callback scams.
It couldn't be a more obvious scam if it was waving an enormous sign saying "This is an Obvious Scam" on international Obvious Scam Day.

In case you're in any doubt, those payment methods are only ever used for 2 things:
 Nardo sending money home to Elbonia. For extra convenience, you'll usually find those payment points next to a Cash Converters.
Obvious scams.

Yes of course it's a fucking scam. Just look at the Nethouse page and you can see it only exists to create Russian pop-up shops.
And some of the categories in their catalog are in Russian.

At best they'll send you some barely functioning Chinese knockoff.
