Yes, those bits.
I got the bearings changed by a mechanic, the lower one looked a git to get out, especially as it had partially worn away. I got the arm a few weeks later which gave me back the adjustemnt I had been missing in my cables, just like yourself.

As I said, it only takes a few minutes to remove the arm to grease it up. This lets the spring make the lever return more easily as a stop gap measure. Just undo the sprocket cover bolts, unhook the cable at that end. Pull the sprocket cover off, make a careful note of how the spring fits then just tug the clutch arm out. ____________________ Blackmail is a nasty word........but not as nasty as phlegm!
