found it thanks,
seems sensor is going into gearbox behind front sprocket,
just got to find a way of testing the sensor and clocks

Have a look at the PCB board connected to the clocks sometimes they get a bit rusty

all looks ok,
wiggled wires and still no speed,
everything else works on clocks

its a different type unit to that video,
sensor is in a sealed unit into the engine

Hi matey , yes you can still do the test like the video with the sensor still in the engine , just unplug the connector , and test in the sensor connector end you should get some resistance , also as you see in the video with the open ended sensor in the engine , you can get over this by lifting the back end off the ground and moving the wheel slightly as opposed to spinning the sensor end

Hi , there is nothing at all on the multi meter, or is the sensor useless. Try this test its a more elaborate test but at least it gives readings to and from the sensor, although its a different bike same method applies.
