How did you come off?
A common culprit might be twisted forks in the yokes.

Probably just the bars are bent on one side. Put a straight edge across behind the bar clamps and you'll be able to tape off it at points to check one side against the other. Whichever side is bent, bend it back. ____________________ a.k.a 'Geri'
