No space beetween front brake pads to fit the brake disk. There is small hump in callipers that cause trouble. So all I can do is grind it off or grind right brake pad. I have tried 3 kind of brake pads, but they are all same thick. Problem is that I need correct brake pad, but which one I need? Its honda anf 125. Its really annoying. Thank you for help, excuse my english grammer, its not my first language.

Make sure everything is spotlessly clean.
Clean the side of the caliper that the pads 'react' against. Rust ans shit builds up in there which makes the pads and shims difficult to fit.
If the factory can get new pads with shims in then no reason why anyone can't.

Unless you don't have the correct match for the caliper.

Bodging brakes is a bad place to be. Pale

I think we need to see pictures of this humped caliper and pads.

Or it could be that the caliper and pads are fine and some genius fitted a new too-thick disc with worn pads.

The more you tell us, the more useful we can be.

OP, it needs a bit of skill, push the post back into the caliper, as far as you can, then try it again. When I was fitting the calipers with brand new pads onto my 320mm discs, I was swearing so much, the neighbors started giving me the evil look everytime they saw me. Wink

If you're not sure, use a caliper (measuring device) and measure the gap between the pads and the disc. Thumbs Up

That little bump in calliper is the problem, intervene. Its there to hold that metal strip in callipers. If nobody advise me what to do, I have to remove that callipers and take it to motorcycle shop and ask to sell me pad that will fit. That bump is size of wart, its all about it.

You must be, cameras take pictures yet you immediately jump to needing a phone for it Laughing

Are they definitely the right pads? The rear pads in my TDM are identical in shape to a FJR, however the FJR ones are about 4mm thicker and don't fit.

If you have:

Pushed the pistons flushback into the caliper body
Cleaned all of the crap out of the caliper bodies that could interfere with the correct fitting and operation of the pads
Bought the right pads for the caliper

Then the pads should fit and slide over the disc.

If you don't know what you're doing then for the sake of safety you should probably get someone who does to show you how.

If there's excessive amount of brake fluid when you start pushing the pots back in, suck some of it out of the reservoir, as it is beyond your capabilities to compress liquid. Thumbs Up

It mostly happens when people bleed brakes with worn pads, they always pour in fluid up to the top notch of the reservoir.

I dread to think that if you cant get pads to fit, then the thought of having to bleed the system....... Shocked

Can't you just put the old pads back in and ride to the garage for them to look at.

Dosn't look like you have the calliper pushed fully down onto the pins (parts 11 and 12 on skatefreaks parts diagram).

On this image, push the black bit down and the silver bit to up.
