Hey guys hopefully someone can help,

First off ill give you the symptoms; I have a 2000 R6, which has aftermarket exhaust and air filter(K&N) carbs have been balanced correct. But the I cant the idle to regulate properly; at 1500 rpm it oscillates (needle in tach going up and down) and pulling off is slightly hesitant. After research I found I could have the wrong pilot jets installed which was my assumption. After further research I found the carb to be a Keihin CVRD37 (apparently). So set about trying to find jets I can only find jets for different models I.e FCR, NCR424. Can anyone explain to me what jets I need exactly and what would fit? I will be buying one size up and one size down to see which works best.

Thanks

Craig

A friend of mine rode a Royal Enfield through the Himalayas and they had to re-jet because of altitude.

Would make sense as lack of air the higher you get (poor poor bikes)

California runs everything lean for emissions. Most Jap bikes run at least one size down from ideal.
