Just put new levers on my triumph and now the clutch switch doesn't engage unless the levers are adjusted to position 5 or 6 (two furthest positions).

The new lever is obviously not engaging the switch unless it's pulled really far (like it is on the two furthest settings)

Is there a fix for this apart from bypassing the switch completely or keep it on setting 5 or 6?

Thanks Thumbs Up

Put leavers on that fit !

We see this a lot in the workshop mostly crappy Chinese leavers

You may be able to glue a bit of plastic in the make the switch work

Or you down to bypassing the switch

Don't bypass the switch. The ECU uses it for much more than a starter lockout.
