Perhaps a bit much for a complete newbie to take in (cos even I can't be arsed reading the whole lot right now) ... but print it out and read it once you ARE roaming about London and the countryside more confidently, it will be insightful. You don't need to read it all at once . . . just pick bits out of it to look at. I think its very useful.
You're still extremely new. Its bound to sound frightening, but don't let it put you off Biking (even in London) is lots and lots of fun  ____________________ Not nearly as interesting in real life. |
