Adults realise that actions have consequences.

The massive refugee problem is a problem created by yourselves. Your elected and thus approved by the people as something you wanted governments chose to de-stablise entire regions. Therefore the consequences that come from these actions are for you to face.

It's very similar to felony murder. A robber tries to steal from a shop. A police officer shoots the shop keeper. Even though the robber had no gun the robber is considered responsible. Why? Because the robber created the circumstances for the shooting to occur. Felony murder is law in 46 US states.

So the refugees are a consequence of your actions. OTOH if your government said nope and declined to take part in creating those situations then the refugees aren't your problem.

Personally I find it absurd that anyone thinks the answer is to willingly accept mass migration of humans from a country, regardless if it's for genuine reasons, opportunism or whatever else.

The answer is to end the Syrian civil war and make life good for those people again, in their own land. Far better in the long run.

Given how readily there was action taken regarding Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya to name a few, it seems a bit odd how Syria is being left to rot. Almost as if someone doesn't want them there any more.

The answer was never to have interfere in the first place. Prosecute Blair and Bush as war criminals and stand back and let Assad and Russia show the west how to win a war.

Are you deliberately being stupid or just on a wind-up? Tell me which party in their manefesto had stated that as part of the policies they would be planning on destabilising entire regions and furthermore, who voted for them on the strength of this? Tell me when it was put to the people that we had a choice in the bombing of Libya and Syria, the Invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan and the continued insistence on winding up the Russkis?

Labour and the conservative party are warmongers. They've proven this time and again in the past with their military adventures. Yet 20 million people voted for them. Even though the UK runs an all in system whereby you endorse everything a party does by your vote.

Then perhaps you collectively ought to have voted another way.

Yet OTOH if you break something of mine you're saying I have no right to compensation or a replacement?
