Hi there,

Just cleaned the Yam and manage to dislodge a pipe It comes from the left hand side under the tank as you look at the front of the bike....is it a fuel breather hose??

If so, where should it be routed.

Cheers, James

Sounds like the suction pipe from the fuel tap to the intake /carb manifold. This keeps the fuel flowing when the engine is running.

It may also be a pipe that comes from a plastic collector that sits under the edge of the tank. It goes nowhere, it's to drain water that collects in/around the ridge of the tank. Stick it in where the lower front engine mount is.

Top man - that's it, it comes from a plastic squeezeable collector. Thought it must be something minor as it did come away rather easily.

Problem solved!! Thanks muchly...
