Never change your break pads.

Change brake pads when worn.

Have you tried doing a search somewhere like.... maybe ebay for something along the lines of "NSR 125 rear brake pads"?

Have you actually taken the caliper of the bike and looked -- and perhaps measured with a steel metal ruler -- the depth of the pads or are you guessing entirley because it's making noises and or not working efficiently?

It 'should' be possible to determine the state of the brake pads without removal.
There should be an 'inspection' point on the calliper.
Could be by looking from above, from the rear or from below. Depends on the design.

If there is 3mm material then just wire brush and Detol the pads and calliper.

Don't use any oils or grease or WD40.
Buy some Brake cleaner (halfords or maybe Tesco or Aldi) and some emery cloth or wet and dry paper.
You need some coarse 200 grit and some smooth 600 grit.
Be careful you don't damage the piston or the rubber gator.
Remove all rust and shit (old brake pad and disc material cakes and bakes on the brakes) an old flat screwdriver is a handy scraping tool.
Use the fine 600 emery/wet and dry and polis the disc surface to remove old pad material.
Clean all the loosened detritus out with the brake cleaner and refit the pads or fit new pads.

Pump the brake lever to set the pads on the disc.

Ride it like you stole it.

(Did you steal it?)

Why do you want the dimensions of the rear brake pads?

Are the "wierd sounds" just when braking, or when riding normally without braking as well?
