Hi everyone,
When i am trying to start my motorbike when engine is cold everything looks fine,
after few seconds when temp reach to 100 degrees Celsius (212 degrees Fahrenheit), i am turning off the engine.
now when trying to start it again engine wont start, please edvice.

The engine won`t start because the battery is in a low state and re-coups (!) when switched off.
I would check battery to bike connections and the charging system.
Have you a multi-meter?

Thanks for quick response,
We already checkef the charging system.
Replaced the starter.
New battery.
Wire harness.
Coils.
Clutch.
throttle body.

If you crank it with the plugs out... anything spray out the plug-holes?

Is the battery connected to the bike, also have you tried jump leads.
What `s the battery voltage when cranking like the second video using the black probe on the frame and engine?

how many kilometers has bike done ?
when was the last valve clearance service done ?

You mentioned overheating, and getting up to 100c in a few seconds in your first post.
If it really is overheating, and getting that hot that fast, then you have a problem. Assuming it's a water cooled engine, is there any coolant in it?

Is there sufficient coolant in the system? shouldn't be getting hot that fast.

I agree that your battery sounds flat though, check your running voltage to make sure the bike's generator is putting out a charge (12-14v whilst running with voltage not steadily dropping) if it is then your battery is not storing the charge properly and should be replaced.
