Hi,
My immobiliser has been having issues for a while now, it sometimes kicks in when I turn the key (a bit of jiggling with the handlebars/wires usually fixes it), sometimes it starts fine.
However now it won't start at all, and the immobiliser light just stays on.

I suspect that it's the antenna that is the problem, but is it possible to just replace the antenna, as I have the original key, or is the antenna itself linked with the ECU?

Can I use my spare key to bypass the antenna entirely using a universal Immobiliser bypass?

Hoping someone more mechanically inclined will know!

It's a street triple 2013 model.

Jiggling with the handlebar/wires makes me think you may have had the same problem I had on my Street Triple.
My ignition cables fatigued and severed at the exit point of the ignition barrel.

Yeah you're spot on, I did have some frayed and even a broken cable there, which I sorted out and fixed before, I'll have another check and make sure they are ok, but the immobiliser was still an issue after they were fixed.
