I own a Sinnis Eagle 125cc, the baffles in my exhaust have gone. Its one sold unit, only way to get the rubbish out would be to cut it but seeing as it's rusty and old I figured Id try and buy a new one. It's been a right headache and seems like an impossible job, even the local Sinnis dealers said it would have be specially ordered and quoted a ridiculous price.

Started reading about the different engines and managed to find out mine is a GY6 engine, specifically a 152QMI-A. Think I've found a downpipe on ebay, just waiting for them to get back to me so all that's left is a silencer. I can't find anything that resembles the bracket on my bike, they all seem to come with two band clamps which I have nothing they could bolt to. It's been a pain in the ass so far. Think my only option is to try and make some sort of custom bracket

Was hoping to hear some ideas from the more experienced guys

Can you weld, or can you do a bit of metalwork & take it to someone who can weld.

EDIT: You may have more luck searching for "152QMI-A 125 exhaust".

Check your engine, though, it should be marked somewhere (possibly on a flat vertical piece of crankcase in front of the stand mountings, but could easily be elsewhere).

That's about as generic an engine as you can get for Chinese scooters.

Although mine was only 50cc you might want to check out my "Show & Tell" thread: https://www.bikechatforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=327425 where one of the things I did was swap the exhaust for a generic piece of tat. I got away with a length of strip metal cut to size and bent to shape for the mount.

I've looked up all sorts of different variations of the words but nothing that matches the bolt locations on my bike, going to have to make something

Might be generic but getting an exhaust for the Sinnis Eagle 125 is a huge pain in the ass apparently. Found a few downpipes on eBay with claim to fit a 152QMI-A engine, contacted the sellers to make sure, they all tell me it wont fit. Think I'm going to have to buy one and just try it, worse case I send it back

Just had a look through your thread, that's pretty much the exhaust I was looking at. As you said yourself, it's cheap and cheerful, just needs to get me down the road and back.

You might want to take off your existing exhaust and compare to the shapes of downpipes on offer. Worry about how to mount the silencer later.
