The m/c on My GT250 needed a revbuild.. I cleaned out the original parts but it went soft quickly..??
Anyhow I bought a (cheap) rebuild kit and now it won't bleed at all.. even at the top union..
So I figured bollocks to it i'll buy a new generic pattern unit or a something from a more recent bike that works (e.g. my XJ550 sports a GPZ600 m/c)
Suggestions welcome. ____________________ Now: A100, GT250A, XJ598, FZ750, SL1000

( assuming proper assembly that is)
Check the return hole isn't blocked as well |
Ta..
I'll give it another go at that before I finally throw the towel in. Return pin prick hole checked a couple of times earlier in the process.. ____________________ Now: A100, GT250A, XJ598, FZ750, SL1000

Just to tie this one up. I has reassembled some components in the wrong order, corrected it but still gave weak pressure. Bought a secong hand Nissin from of a recent CBR125 for a tenner, this now has nowfirmed things up.. suspect though I also need to remew all the copper washers.. again... ____________________ Now: A100, GT250A, XJ598, FZ750, SL1000
